Thanks to all who read my article on summer salads in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch online edition, posted May 24, 2011 and in the print edition May 25. I love collecting new salad recipes. Though I haven't tried any of these yet, I'll put them right next to my favorites from summers' past: quinoa salad and wheatberry salad. yum. and I don't even feel guilty! that's a plus!
